Pre-test Preparation
The Day Before the Test:
Avoid: milk, alcohol, red meat, laxatives, anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin
Consume bread and pasta in moderation
Dinner should be before 8:00 PM
The Day of Sample Collection:
Empty your bladder in the morning, before eating
Remain fasting throughout the urine collection period
